Dave Campbell's Texas Football has published its preview of the top-ranked Class 6A college football prospects in Texas, written by DCTF's Greg Powers and posted August 17.
The piece is a classification-specific look at recruits to know in Texas' largest conference ahead of the 2026 season, which begins with Week One on August 27, 28 and 29 under the UIL calendar.
The 6A corridors in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston have produced the top of DCTF's recent statewide boards — the current 2027 board opens with Cedar Hill defensive tackle Jalen Brewster at No. 1, Richmond Randle running back Landen Williams-Callis at No. 2 and Humble Kingwood offensive tackle Kennedy Brown at No. 3.
